How much does an interlock driveway or patio cost?
Most Maxinity driveways land between $25,000 and $60,000, and complete outdoor projects between $30,000 and $100,000+, depending on size, materials and grading. We give you a fixed quote after the design phase, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
How long does a project take?
Typical driveways run 1 to 2 weeks on site, patios 1 to 3 weeks, and complete outdoor builds 3 to 6 weeks depending on scope and weather. We give you a schedule with your quote and tell you immediately if anything moves it.
Do I need a permit?
Most interlock and patio work does not require a permit. Retaining walls above a certain height, structures and some grading changes do. We flag anything that needs a permit during design and handle the drawings the municipality asks for.
What is under the pavers that makes the work last?
Excavation to the right depth for the application, compacted granular base in lifts, screeded bedding sand, edge restraint and polymeric sand joints. It is the part of the job nobody photographs, and the reason our surfaces stay flat through freeze-thaw cycles.
Is the work under warranty?
Yes. Our workmanship is warrantied, and because we are certified installers with Unilock and Permacon, qualifying installations also carry manufacturer-backed warranties on the products themselves.
