Maxinity Landscaping started in 2013 with one crew, one skid steer and a simple standard: build every project as if the owner will inspect it with a straight edge. Three hundred projects later, that is still how we work.
Design and build,
under one roof
Splitting design and construction between two companies is where budgets die. We do both. The person who models your property in 3D is accountable to the crew who has to build it, so what you approve is what gets built, at the price we agreed.
From our Stouffville yard we serve the GTA: Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, King City, Brampton, Mississauga, Pickering, Oshawa and Whitby. Our crews are on site when promised and our warranty actually means something.

Precision over pace
Base depth, compaction, string lines, laser levels. The parts you never see are the reason the parts you do see stay flat for a decade.
Transparent from day one
A free 2D design before you commit. A fixed scope before we dig. If something changes mid-build, you hear it from us first, with a price.
Respect for the property
Protected lawns, clean cuts, dust control and a site swept at the end of every day. Your neighbours should only notice the finished product.
Certified by the people
who make the stone
Maxinity is a certified installer with Unilock and Permacon and a Techo-Pro contractor. Certification means our installations follow manufacturer specifications and qualify for manufacturer-backed warranties. We are also Landscape Ontario Green for Life members.
