Every quote includes a free 2D design. After the site visit we draw up your new space, layout, zones and flow, at no cost, so you can see the plan before deciding anything. Want to walk through it before it is built? Our 3D Landscape Design service models the full property in Unilock U-Vision with detailed drawings, materials and revisions, and the fee is credited toward your project when you build with us.

Typical driveways run 1 to 2 weeks on site, patios 1 to 3 weeks, and complete outdoor builds 3 to 6 weeks depending on scope and weather. We give you a schedule with your quote and tell you immediately if anything moves it.

After you approve the design and the fixed quote, we take a deposit to reserve your spot in the schedule and order materials, with the balance tied to clear milestones through the build. There are no surprise charges: the number you approve is the number you pay, unless you ask us to add scope.

Yes. Maxinity carries full liability insurance and WSIB coverage, we are a professional member of Landscape Ontario, and we are certified installers with Unilock and Permacon. You are protected on your property, and the work is held to the standard those credentials require.
